Keystone College's Willary Water Resource Center is firmly committed
to protecting the privacy of visitors to the Tunkhannock Creek Watershed
Atlas. The following describes our information gathering and
dissemination practices:
We collect information volunteered by users, such as survey
information and/or guestbook signups. The information we collect is used
to improve the content of of the Atlas, and to notify members about
activities within the watershed. The Willary Water Resource Center may share this information with government and non-for-profit
organizations within the watershed in order to communicate their
activities to the watershed community. No information submitted to
the Atlas will be used to solicit funds or any other form of commerce.
E-mail address will be the primary mode of information distribution;
however, some items, like brochures, may be mailed on occasion.
Users may opt out of receiving future mailings.

The Atlas Discussion Forum is available for anyone interested in
conversing, debating, or providing information regarding the Tunkhannock
Creek Watershed. We welcome your participation in this community.
When participating in these forums, we ask that you follow these
basic guidelines:
1. Feel free to speak your mind, but do so with respect and
consideration for the opinions of others. The Discussion Forum strives
to be an open forum where all members can engage in healthy debate and
share information with others.
2. You may not use the Discussion Forum to advertise or sell
anything, including merchandise or services.
3. You may not use the Discussion Forum to distribute or publish
anything that is obscene, pornographic, abusive, or in violation of
current laws.
4. We reserve the right to delete any messages that we deem abusive,
obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise
unacceptable.
5. We reserve the right to remove the posting privileges of users who
violate these guidelines.
6. Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages.
